Accessibility on Microsoft Office Live
Microsoft Office Live is committed to creating a Web experience that is accessible to everyone.
Viewing pages in high-contrast mode
Internet Explorer will ignore your Windows settings and display the page as it was originally created unless you do the following:
- In Internet Explorer, on the Tools menu, select Internet Options and then Accessibility.
- Check Ignore colors specified on Web pages, Ignore font styles specified on Web pages, and Ignore font sizes specified on Web pages, then click OK.
For information about viewing pages in high-contrast mode when using another Web browser, consult that browser's Help.
Alt tags
Images used on Microsoft Office Live pages contain alt tags. When you place a cursor over the image, a text description of the image appears for use with screen readers or other assistive technologies. In cases where an alt tag would provide no information or would be redundant with other text, alt tags may not be used.
